It just arrived...

Azukar Organics Natural and Organic Coconut Flour, 32-Ounce Bags (Pack of 3)...coconut flour!  I just got my Amazon order, and now I have to figure out what to do with it.

Any ideas?

I'll post a recipe later this week.
