I love me some pecan pie!

Finally, I'm excited about Thanksgiving. With 3 1/2 days to spare, I got all worked up about it.

Why?

Pecan pie!

I found an awesome recipe for pecan pie that doesn't use corn syrup. Yay!

As nice as the recipe in the Joy of Cooking is, I just can't use HFCS anymore in my cooking.
